Mission ABQ is a non-profit organization, established in 1999,
to bring hope to a community in need, helping people turn the
corner from a place of need to a place of service to others.
We do this by (1) Meeting people at their
point of need, (2) Providing education and
training in areas of need to bring individuals to a place of
health and wholeness, and (3) Empowering
people to care for and meet the needs of others.

MTC's Holistic Development Program is not a full college or
training program like you might expect. While we do offer
classes, we also partner with other organizations to offer
training. Also, we want you to get credit for training and
development you are doing outside the program, so we have
created a balanced accountability system surrounding our four
focus areas below.
Tiered minimums by workload and season of life.
Credit banking for busy terms.
Grace term available once per year — no documentation required.
First-year onboarding for new staff and residents — no
formal credit tracking required during year one.
